Resin Coated Sand
Cyclone-type plant producing silica resin coated sand for casting cores. Tested per batch for LOI, hot tensile strength, AFS grain fineness, gas content and scratch hardness.

Hot box and cold box core shooting with 20+ core box variants maintained in-house. Sand packing, shooting pressure and curing time are controlled and logged.

Six vertical machining centres — three running a 4th axis — with fixture-based setups, first-off inspection and in-process gauging. Leak testing done in-house.

Vacuum, sealant fill, cure and wash — porosity sealed on site so parts pass leak test, with batch and cycle records kept for every lot.
