Overview
Machined parts that match your drawing — batch after batch
Our machining cell runs 6 vertical machining centres. Three of them run a 4th axis, so more faces can be machined in one setup — better accuracy and less handling.
We machine part families such as housings, brackets, flanges and pump bodies. Setups are fixture-based to reduce operator variation, and tooling is tracked job by job.
Leak testing (LT) and ball bearing testing (BT) are done in-house, and leak-critical parts can go straight to our impregnation plant — no outside vendor in between.
Process discipline
How every job runs
First-off inspection
Every job starts with a full dimensional check before the batch runs.
In-process gauging
Critical dimensions checked at fixed intervals during the run.
Fixture repeatability
Setups validated before production is released.
Operator SOPs
Step-by-step job cards reduce setup variation between shifts.
Non-conformance log
Rejects tracked by job, machine and operator — and fixed at the root.
